Who can use it
Kindaro is for adults. You're responsible for entering other people's information legitimately: for children, as their parent or caregiver or with authorization; for other adults, with their knowledge.
Sharing and authorization
Whoever invites decides what each person can access. Use permissions carefully and revoke what's no longer needed.
What the service is not
Kindaro organizes information. It doesn't diagnose or prescribe and doesn't replace professional advice. Notifications aren't guaranteed to arrive, so check the schedule.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You authorize us to store and process it only as needed to provide the service. You can export it at any time.
Plans and prices
There is a limited free trial and a paid subscription. Price and period appear before payment, processed by Stripe on the web.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the original store. Restoring purchases is available in the app. Refunds follow the store's rules and applicable law. Deleting your account doesn't cancel the subscription.
Suspension for abuse
We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud or risk to others, communicating through available contact channels unless legally prevented.
Intellectual property
The brand, app and editorial content belong to their respective owners. Third-party fonts and libraries follow their own licenses.
Liability and governing law
Liability limits, governing law and venue will be set after legal review, with no waiver of rights guaranteed by law.
Changes and end of service
Significant changes will be announced and, where appropriate, ask for new acceptance. Export and deletion never depend on it. If the service ends, we'll give advance notice so you can export your data.
Community
Forums and groups are for adults. Posting photos or details of children, contact details, links, sales or abusive content is prohibited. Accounts aren't professional advice. We may remove content and ban accounts. Report in the app or at contact@kindaro.com.br.
